This photo was in January 2019. He has been used this summer at the primary stallion, breeding 4 mares.

Neo is one of the friendly minis I have ever had. From the day he was foaled, he followed me around. Loves being petted, follows me everywhere. Both parents are homozygous for black and the dam is homozygous for pinto.

Neo is Toad Hill's Neytiri's first foal. This little one started out a silver color but has changed to black and a little brownish color.

Ancestry....GhostBuster on sire's side carries the LWO+ gene, one Tobiano (pinto) and 2 black (EE).  On the mare's side, there are 3 generations of black, pintos.

Neyitiri sire is Lucky Four RebelChase RebelHeir. GhostBuster may carry a dilution gene since the last 2 foals he sired are not totally black.

While Toad Hill'is She's Magic was away for training down in Sullivan, Illinois ... early in the morning (6 am) I heard the phone ring. Now a call that early is usually considered bad news, I answered the phone and it was Amanda. Amanda is training Magic for driving, so I said hello and next thing out of my month was: "What's wrong?"
Amanda said no problem, just she was out with the minis in the pasture and there was Magic with a foal by her side. Now THAT WAS Totally UNEXPECTED!!!
